Over the past few projects, I’ve managed 5+ client websites in WordPress and Dirigible’s website builder and making sure every product listing was accurate, site usability was seamless, and design stayed consistent with each brand’s voice and page structure. I supported content migrations and updates for 2+ clients, which improved UX/UI and reduced content errors by 15%. Day to day, I handled editing, coordinated approvals for publishing, and optimized sites through SEO meta descriptions, alt text, and polished landing pages, confirmations, and forms.
On the email side, I drafted and scheduled 1–3 weekly Mailchimp campaigns, always on time and on brand. I also tracked 10+ key marketing metrics through weekly scorecards and created SEO-friendly blogs and newsletters that boosted engagement and visibility. These projects taught me the ins and outs of managing digital content, from strategy to execution, and sparked my passion for making marketing both user-friendly and impactful.

Focused on improving usability and readability while managing large-scale content updates efficiently.

Created engaging copy for a restaurant event at a large hotel, bringing the energy of the occasion to life and inviting guests to participate. Created a “How to Use” page for the Forward Pharmacy app, guiding users through key features and steps. Added links, images, and structured content to make the instructions clear and easy to follow. Focused on usability, brand consistency, and delivering an engaging, user-friendly experience.

MHFP Troll Naming Competition: Content Writing & Submission Form
Drafted a whimsical Mailchimp email for a troll naming contest, crafting playful copy that captured the brand’s personality and encouraged audience participation. Created the submission form and a “Thank You” confirmation page to guide users smoothly through the entry process. Focused on engaging content, seamless UX, and ensuring consistency between the email, form, and website experience.
